RETURNS:
If any product has a manufacturing defect (provided that this is due to its traditional character), the customer is entitled to reversal. To do this you must inform us within 7 days of receipt either by email or by calling (+34) 96 543 27 81.
In this case, since the charges may be much higher than the cost of the merchandise, AMMONITE suggests sending in a subsequent request to perform a new product at no cost to you and to replace the defective product.
